In celebration of the game's 30th Anniversary, Destiny 2 is giving back the beloved rocket launcher Gjallarhorn in a special edition available this December. To celebrate its 30th Anniversary, Bungie will conduct a significant in-game celebration with a bunch of events.
Players of Destiny 2 will get several freebies, including a 6-player match-made experience that highlights Bungie's history.
The Witch Queen, Destiny 2's future addition, had its upcoming video and release date announced at the game's colossal presentation. Despite the facts leaking in advance, the information released was entirely accurate, including the show's scheduled debut date of February 22, 2022, new weapon type for Glaive, weapon making, and more.
Customers will also be able to purchase a unique 30th Anniversary Package with a new three-player raid, an exotic weapon, four emotes, a fantastic ship and birds, two significant decoration collections, and a unique helmet decor.
Players have been clamouring for the restoration of Gjallarhorn, a weapon hidden deep within this dungeon.
As a result of changes to the Destiny 2 playground, Gjallarhorn has been upgraded to match Destiny 2's performance specifications.
One of Bungie's most famous weapons is being recreated as well. Nerf's toy gun manufacturer, Hasbro, also created a more lethal Gjallarhorn weapon to be sold to the public. Unfortunately, it was not demonstrated during the event.
Destiny 2's forthcoming addition, the Witch Queen, was finally unveiled with a new video and launch date at the game's colossal showcase. However, all of the leaked information turned out to be correct, including the game's release date (February 22, 2022), new Glaive equipment type, weapon building, and other elements.
