Another one of the most popular games during the pandemic is now available in Fortnite. Epic Games has just released a new limited-time mode for Fortnite called Impostors, which is based on the popular format that catapulted Among Us to the main page of Twitch — as well as the halls of Congress — during the pandemic's early stages.
Two teams can play Impostors game mode at the same time: agents vs. impostors. Eight agents complete various jobs throughout the new map, all of whom have to be protected against the two impostors, who would then eliminate those agents and reverse their work. You have a huge advantage in this game, especially because it's Fortnite. Also, you can transport players randomly over the map and convert everybody into a banana.
An entirely new internal map location creates a genuine sense of entrapment for the social deception-style game, which gives it a high-intensity level while making it a fascinating spectacle to play and watch. Spicy conversation occurs whenever the players attempt to expose a mole, which often leads to several rounds of voting. If you want to keep things intimate, use the private game mode.
Even if you don't have a group of pals to play with, you may still give it a shot if you aren't one of those people who never has someone to play with. The kind of game that works best involves those you know. In a match of teams, participants may need to communicate quickly to track down a potential mole inside their ranks
As of yet, we can't determine whether or not the same success will be found in the game's spiritual successor, Among Us, or how long it will remain popular. While Fortnite is undoubtedly popular, adding an in-demand new game mode that is perfectly streamable as icing on the cake only further cements its position as one of the world's most popular games.
