Nokia is planning to release a flagship phone in November, according to a Rumor.

HMD Global hasn't released a flagship phone in a long time. The Nokia Pureview was released in February of last year and was supposed to be followed by the Nokia 9.1, 9.2, and 9.3 PureView. However, those phones were cancelled.
Morover, the wait may be over since HMD China's Product Manager, Zhang Yucheng, has hinted at an impending 5G flagship phone. This phone is expected to be released on November 11, on Singles' Day in China.
The PM hasn't said anything about the next flagship, and prior leaks haven't revealed anything either. Nevertheless, it will not follow Nokia's previous naming strategy (Nokia 9.3) because the brand has moved on.
The Nokia X50 has recently been making the rounds in the rumour mill. The phone is believed to have considerably more powerful specifications than anything HMD has released recently, but it will not be a flagship phone.
It is said to include a 6.5-inch 1440p+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 6,000-mAh battery. The Snapdragon 775 will power the device, and the primary sensor will be a 108MP sensor.
We're likely to see solid rumours or teases in the next months, so stay tuned.
