The Microsoft Surface Pro 8 was revealed in a comprehensive leak only two days before the Surface event. The picture seems to be a sale listing for the Surface Pro 8 from a Chinese shop, and it verifies a lot of specs for the forthcoming tablet.

The leak indicates that the Surface Pro 8 would use Intel's 11th generation CPUs, although it does not disclose which models will be used. It will boot Windows 11 upon startup, which is not surprising given the upcoming release of the operating system.

There will also be removable SSDs, similar to those seen in the Surface Laptop 4, Surface Pro X, and Surface Pro 7 Plus, providing more storage versatility.

Previous leaks have indicated that the Surface Pro 8 may not come with USB-A connections.

However, according to the most recent leak, we will see a mix of USB C and Thunderbolt connections, which should allow for faster transfer rates.

Last but not least, the tablet will include a 13-inch screen with thin bezels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The picture in the tweet above is how it will appear.

On September 22, the Microsoft Surface event will begin. This event is expected to include a variety of new devices, including the Surface Pro 8, Surface Go 3, Surface Book 4, an upgraded Surface Pro X, and the foldable Surface Duo 2.
