After years of anticipation, Xiaomi's next flagship smartphone, the Mi Mix 4, is officially slated to arrive shortly. Some reports suggested that the gadget might boot MIUI 13, however, Xiaomi quickly debunked these claims.
According to Wang Hua of Xiaomi's public relations department, MIUI 13 is not yet available since developers are currently fine-tuning it. As a result, it will be some time before MIUI 13 becomes official.
This indicates that the Mi Mix 4 will run MIUI 12.5 instead of MIUI 13 out of the box. It also coincides with a claim from tipster Digital Chat Station, which stated that future Xiaomi phones, including the Mi Mix 4, will ship with MIUI 12.5 pre-installed.

According to rumors, the Mi Mix 4 will be codenamed Odin and will have a 6.67-inch FHD+ curved OLED display with long battery life and a high refresh rate. It will also have an in-display selfie camera and fingerprint sensor.
The Snapdragon 888 or Snapdragon 888+ will be its main chipset, SoC with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. A 50MP Samsung GN1 primary camera sensor, a 48MP ultrawide shooter, and a 48MP telephoto lens might be included in the back.
The 5,000 mAh battery will enable top-tier 120W super-rapid charging.
One of the Mi Mix 4's versions was found on TENAA, indicating that it may be available shortly.
