The Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 is ready to go official, and detailed leaks are becoming increasingly prevalent. According to the leaks, there will be three Mi Pad 5 variants, with a fourth possible, although it might be a Redmi tablet instead.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 and Mi Pad 5 Pro are reported to use the Snapdragon 870 processor and 67W rapid charging, and 8,750 mAh batteries. The Pro model will feature a 5G connection and a 48MP primary camera, but the basic model will have Wi-Fi and a 12MP camera.

All three tablets will have the same 10.9" IPS LCD with a 2,560 x 1,600 px and stylus capability resolution. The refresh rate of the screen will be 120Hz, while the touch sampling rate will be 240Hz. The stylus will handle 4,096 levels of pressure and will be fitted into the keyboard cover shown in earlier rumors’ 3D renderings.

The third variant, the Mi Pad 5 Lite, is anticipated to include a Snapdragon 860 processor and WiFi-only connection. Rumors claim that rapid charging speeds would be reduced to 33W, which was later verified by the tablet's 3C certification.
Despite releasing in August, when MIUI 13 is scheduled to be launched, all three tablets will run MIUI 12.5.
The fourth tablet, which may be the Redmi tablet, will be the most affordable in the series. It will be equipped with either the Snapdragon 768G or the Dimensity 1200, both of which support 22.5W fast charging. There isn't much information available about this tablet as yet.
As soon as a launch date is established, we will update this area.
