Lahore has been projected globally in London, thanks to a campaign launched by a private real estate company in several parts of the city to showcase Lahore's rich heritage on 150 of London's iconic red buses to promote 'LAHORE – The Heart of Pakistan.' The campaign is part of a more extensive campaign to promote the city as "The Heart of Pakistan."

Until the middle of November 2021, 150 buses with the banners 'LAHORE – The Heart of Pakistan' will travel through London on some of the busiest routes, highlighting the city's cultural and historical heritage.

To promote Lahore as a tourist and investment destination, Diyar Homes, the developers of the $30 million luxury real estate development One Canal Road in Lahore, have launched a massive campaign on 150 of London's famous red buses, which have been painted in the city's signature crimson. They just announced a partnership with VERSACE Ceramics, a renowned Italian fashion company in the ceramics industry.

Every day, red London buses carrying the phrase 'LAHORE - The Heart of Pakistan' pass by outside the UK Parliament, at 10 Downing Street and other locations such as Edgware Road and Oxford Circus as well as Trafalgar Square, Bond Street, South Kensington, East London, Embankment, and Willesden Green.

During the inauguration of the buses, Shaan Abbas, director of Diyar Homes UK, informed the media that Lahore had experienced a $10 billion urban makeover in recent years, reaffirming its role as Pakistan's cultural and economic center.
